I've been wanting to do this all summer. Literally, all summer! And then, finally, I had to make dessert for a dinner with a few friends. And I thought, it's summer. We're at the beach. And at the beach you make sand castles... So this happened.
Bascially, all went well until... I relized I had no clue how to ice it. I thought, I could make a glaze. But that's boring. And I knew I would ruin it as soon as I tried to decorate it everywhere. So, I decided on drizzling simple chocolate buttercream from my Vanilla Cupcakes with Chocolate Buttercream and added 1 tbsp of milk to thin it. But, I took pictures before frosting just in case.

Here's what happened: I drizzled the chocolate, and because it's chocolate, it was hard to stop haha. So then my friends kept adding more. And then their hands got A LOT of chocolate on them. It was delicious I may add.

Ready to cut... And eat :)

I made this with a Castle Cake Bundt Pan. Here's the recipe I used! If you want to make cupcakes, it makes about 16 and takes about 20 minutes to bake.
INGREDIENTS:
1 and 2/3 cups (210g) all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
2 egg whites*
1/4 cup (60g) vanilla yogurt (or greek yogurt is good too)
3/4 cup (180ml) milk (cow's milk, soy milk, or almond milk)
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray pan with non-stick spray and set aside
Using a large bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside
In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Whisk sugar into melted butter. Continue to whisk wile adding egg whites, yogurt, milk and vanilla extract into sugar and butter
Slowly combine the wet ingredients into the dry ones and whisk until there are no more clumps
Baking takes a while. It took me around 35 minutes, but it might take longer, or it might be shorter. Check by sticking a toothpick in until it comes out clean and the cake when you press on it is not 'foamy' feeling (doesn't easily rub around)
Wait about 10 minutes to take out of pan.
