Bite-Sized Brownies

 

These are delicious. And bite-sized things means more rounds. So the deliciousness will never end :))

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 tbsp salted butter

  • 2oz semi-sweet chocolate

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs at room temperature

  • 1 egg yolk at room temperature

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 heaping cup chocolate chips

  • Sprinkles (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with tin foil

  2. In a large microwavable bowl, melt butter and chocolate in 20 second increments, stirring inbetween. Let it cool down before whisking in the other ingredients

  3. Whisk the sugars into the butter and chocolate. Next add the whole eggs, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Whisk in flour, cocoa powder and baking powder until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.

  4. Place batter evenly into the baking pan and, if you want, cover with sprinkles. Bake for 33-37 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
